• You're responsible for respecting others' intellectual property
• We may remove content that violates these terms

4. Community Guidelines

Memenova is a positive community. We prohibit:

5. Creator Monetization Program

Our Memelord program allows eligible creators to earn money:

• Eligibility: Meet follower, engagement, and quality thresholds
• Revenue Sources: Ad revenue, gem reactions, creator fund
• Payouts: Monthly payments via SLK Wallet (minimum $10)
• Gem System: Users can react with gems; Memelords can redeem gems for USDT
• Taxes: You're responsible for tax compliance in your jurisdiction

6. SLK Wallet Integration

Memenova integrates with SLK Wallet for payments:

• SLK Wallet is a separate service with its own terms
• Creator earnings are paid in USDT to your SLK Wallet
• You must link a valid SLK Wallet to receive payments
• We're not responsible for SLK Wallet service issues

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use automated tools or bots
• Attempt to hack or compromise our systems
• Create fake engagement or manipulate metrics
• Sell or transfer your account
• Interfere with other users' experience
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
